The Aboriginal Dance Theatre Redfern (ADTR) Inc. was founded in 1979 by Christine Donnelly, to serve the Aboriginal Community of Redfern and the Inner City Sydney. In 2009, still under the direction of its Founder and Director, ADTR performs an important and necessary arts and cultural access role in this underprivileged inner city community and maintains links with remote Indigenous Communities throughout Australia.
